Brad started first working for the company as young kid, helping his father. “I was here working, sweeping the shop floor,” said Brad Mountz. “Or doing something to help, probably to stay out of my dad’s hair as he was working.” When he was an adult, his first position at the company was in the customer service department, which allowed him to develop his customer service skills. Brad then moved into an outside sales position and then onto role of management.
“Every individual who works here (Mountz, Inc.) is valuable. And every role in the company is valuable.” said Brad. “I’m hoping that our employees can get across to our customers the value that they bring to their job. The sincerity that they bring to their job. The honesty that they bring to everything they do.”
