You adjust the starting speed of an electric screwdriver for a slow rotation, which allows for smooth engagement between fasteners and parts. It helps prevent cross-threading events.
The soft start settings are available in 3 increment options from 0.2, 0.4 & 0.6 seconds. This feature is offered with select BF-Series, NF-Series, and HF-Series electric screwdriver models.
