Mountz, Inc. Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

Every time we sell a tool, we allow our customers a 30-day inspection period to inform us of any shortages or defects. If you intend to reject our delivery, just tell us why. Even after you’ve accepted delivery, we cover our tools with a warranty guaranteeing them to be free from defects under normal usage for a one-year period from our shipment date. If any defects are discovered, inform us and we’ll repair or replace your tool with an equivalent. If need be, we’ll extend store credit up to the sales price of the tool.

Torque Tool Calibration and Service

While torque tools are built to last, over time, they will eventually require calibration and service. We recommend establishing calibration and service cycles for your torque tools at a minimum of once every six months. If you don’t have in-house facilities to calibrate and service your tools, we can take care of it at one of our two state-of-the-art service centers. Our Eastern Service Center is located in Foley, AL, and our Western Service Center is located in San Jose, CA.
